Trump plays it as it should not be played, again!
President Trump continues to epitomise the values and lifestyle we need to abandon. His disparaging ways, constant boasting and bully-boy style are the very antithesis of the leadership style we need to-day.
We live in a world with terrorism and war, temporarily facing a common enemy. The earth is torn apart in our quest for riches, with no care for environmental consequence. Wealthy men become presidents; sincere men and women who seek betterment for all, are squeezed out by conglomerates that see them as a threat to their profits.
Emerging from our current turmoil we cannot continue as we were, like min-Trumps. As many have done, we all need to actively turn our backs on the Trump style. We need to re-connect with our intuitive values of caring and kindness. Obituaries do not talk of the wealth we have created but of the kindness we have shown others. Names like Mandela, Mother Teresa and Mahatma Gandhi are revered globally, yet our democracy makes a president of Trump.
Democracy and the social media give every person a voice, the opportunity to unite. We must actively use these platforms to bring about leadership by people who are working for the betterment of all; a leadership that cares.
